Standard shipping is $8.95 AUD (3–7 business days), free on orders over $80. Express is $12.95 AUD (1–3 business days), free on orders over $120. Final shipping is calculated at checkout.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships.

Yes, to most countries. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days to New Zealand, 7–14 to the US and Canada, 7–18 to the UK and Europe, and 10–21 elsewhere. Import duties and taxes may apply.

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Items must be unused, in the condition you received them and in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Opened skincare, gift cards and sale items can't be returned.

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item so we can make it right.
