Is the 24K gold in your products real?+
Yes. We use cosmetic-grade 24 karat gold leaf and colloidal gold (99.9% pure Au). Gold is inert and non-reactive, which makes it both luxurious and gentle on the skin.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?+
All formulas are dermatologically tested and free from parabens, sulphates, mineral oils and synthetic fragrance. The mist is rose-based and naturally calming. As always, patch-test 24 hours before first use.
Are you vegan and cruelty-free?+
Every product is 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We never test on animals and require the same of every supplier.
Where do you ship to?+
We ship worldwide. Express shipping within Australia is free on orders over $120 and typically arrives in 2–4 business days.
What is your returns policy?+
We offer 30-day returns on unopened products. If something isn't right, simply reach out at hello@goldskin.com and we'll make it right.
How long does each product last?+
Used as directed: the Scrub lasts ~3 months, the Moisturiser ~2 months, and the Shimmering Mist ~6–8 weeks. All bottles are recyclable.
